About The Role:

AWN Goulburn is seeking a Full-Time Wool Customer Service Officer to join our growing wool team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fulfilling career in a national wool business with strong growth potential.

As part of the AWN Goulburn wool team, you will:

✅Provide high-quality customer service to clients and our field staff
✅Work across wool industry systems, including Talman and AWH platforms
✅Accurately match client documentation with delivered wool
✅Assist with weekly wool sale preparation, processing and administration
✅Support other AWN wool staff as required
✅Be flexible with working hours during peak sale periods

What We’re Looking For:

✅A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
✅Ability to work autonomously and within a team
✅Clear communication and interpersonal skills
✅Confidence with Microsoft Excel, Word and data entry
✅Motivation to learn and grow within the wool industry
