About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance activities, including CPD, licences, regulations, and trust account adherence.
- Interpret and implement legislation relevant to Stock & Station Agents and Real Estate Agents.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents.
- Coordinate professional development and training schedules.
- Provide operational input into budgeting and streamline systems for efficiency.
- Consult on marketing strategies and support brand awareness initiatives.
- Lead post-sale review and macro-level reporting activities.
About You
- Current Certificate IV or Real Estate Licence in NSW (other states considered).
