Appointed Chairman in January 2011. Brendon is a wool grower and a Director of Australian Wool Network Pty Ltd for 20 years. A Member of the Remuneration Committee for 10 years and a Director of Network Investment Company Ltd, a majority shareholder in AWN, for 10 years until January 2011.
Barry Walker is a wool grower and a Deputy Chairman of Australian Wool Network Pty Ltd and has been a Director of AWN since formation of the company in 1999. Chairman of Network Investment Co. Ltd, a major shareholder in AWN Pty Ltd.
John Colley is a wool grower, Managing Director and shareholder of Australian Wool Network Pty Ltd. He is also a Director of Australian Wool Network Pty Ltd, Australian Pastoral Investments Pty Ltd, AWN Pastoral Pty Ltd, AWN Property Pty Ltd, Dyson Jones Wool Marketing Services Pty Ltd, AgVet Innovations Pty Ltd, Australian Wool Exchange (AWEX) and a Director and Vice President of National Council of Wool Brokers of Australia (NCWSBA).
Ben joined the Board of Australian Wool Network as a Non-Executive Director in January 2016 after a successful career in Banking and Finance and the associated acquisition and disposal of grazing properties at Hay NSW. Ben has a strong understanding of the wool industry and farming practices through practical and invested application. Ben holds a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Business (Agribusiness) and is a Graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program. Ben also serves as Chair of Local Land Services for the Western Division of NSW, is Deputy Chairman of Murray Irrigation Limited and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John joined the Board of Australian Wool Network Pty Ltd in 2019, bringing extensive experience in executive leadership and board directorship within the agribusiness industry.
John has an honours degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Sydney, an MBA from AGSM (University of NSW), studied global agribusiness at Harvard Business School, completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD Business School in France and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
