About the Role
As the Real Estate Administration Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support to the real estate team, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll manage transaction documentation, CRM data integrity, agent onboarding, marketing administration, and reporting, while driving process improvements and supporting team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all property documentation, contracts, settlements, and compliance records.
- Maintain and audit CRM data for accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate agent onboarding and licensing compliance.
- Approve and manage marketing materials for property listings.
- Act as the central liaison for agents, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver reports on transactions, compliance, and operational metrics.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in real estate administration and compliance.
- Strong understanding of contracts, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital real estate platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
