About the Role
As the Real Estate Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance across our real estate division. Reporting to the General Manager – Real Estate, you will oversee compliance, legislation, CPD tracking, onboarding, and support the growth and alignment of real estate services nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance activities, including CPD, licences, regulations, and trust account adherence.
- Interpret and implement legislation relevant to Stock & Station Agents and Real Estate Agents.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents.
- Coordinate professional development and training schedules.
- Provide operational input into budgeting and streamline systems for efficiency.
- Consult on marketing strategies and support brand awareness initiatives.
- Lead post-sale review and macro-level reporting activities.
About You
- Current Certificate IV or Real Estate Licence in NSW (other states considered).
- Strong understanding of real estate legislation and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in operations within the property industry.
- Excellent communication, onboarding, and training skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
