The Role of the Real Estate Agent:

• Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
• Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Consult clients on market conditions/price
• Promote sales through advertising campaigns
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
• Proven history of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy

The successful applicant must have:

✅ Current driver’s licence
✅ A strong knowledge of the local area
