The Role of the Real Estate Agent:
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Consult clients on market conditions/price
- Promote sales through advertising campaigns
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven history of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
The successful applicant must have:
✅ Qualifications or license to carry out real estate duties in Tasmania
✅ Current driver’s licence
✅ A strong knowledge of the local area
✅ Superior people skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
