Micheal and Mandi Hancock, Shangrila
Micheal and Mandi Hancock, fourth-generation farmers from Warrachie, operate and run their mixed farming operation out of their property Shangrila. The Hancock’s view their property as a place to create opportunities for others who have a passion for the land and allow them the freedom to explore it in their business.
Micheal and Mandi are currently running 1800 ewes, providing them with a consistent, stable diet to ensure maximum comfort and health for their mob.
Being part of the Eyre Peninsula DNA Program allows the Hancock’s to relate to the end consumer, which instils a sense of purpose.
